Mary
tells stories that are unique and universal; woven from
mythologies, folktales, and fairy tales. Stories whose ancient
roots resonate in our world today. With voice and gesture
she tells stories of adventure, wonder and enchantment.
Stories that nurture deep connection to the past, our dreams,
each other, and to our own hearts. Stories for listeners
of all ages. Mary feels a special connection to stories
from Ireland and, a musician as well, she sometimes weaves
threads of music through a story. She is a member of the
Healing Story Alliance special interest group of the National
Storytelling Network, and she is working toward a Master's
Degree in Storytelling at East Tennessee State University.
